About the event

Hosted by Veterans for Political Innovation and League of Women Voters, with a presentation from Upvote Virginia to publicly discuss Ranked Choice Voting and it's improvement on our democracy.

Please join us for a public meeting on ranked choice voting in Downtown Charlottesville in the Central library on the 3rd floor in the Swanson Room. Ranked choice voting is an democracy innovation gaining popularity across the country, and we believe it could have a significant impact on our communities in Charlottesville and Albemarle. Our presentation will provide an overview of how ranked choice voting works, its benefits, and how it compares to the current voting system. We hope to see you there!
